Today, I'll guide you towards exemption...😀
All you've to do is understand this article completely and implement it in your preparation time. Many students don't know how to start exactly 😶

1. The Art of Learning🤔

Many students read theory in a completely wrong way 😐 There's a systematic approach
  • Read Basic Theory First and Correlate it with Landmark Judgements
  • Try to understand logic and legality of the content
  • You may find remembering technical words difficult. But practising with those words makes it easy.
  • Try to test your knowledge by writing down learnt things.
Wait a sec, I've not said about the way of writing answer🔜

2. Master the skill of writing ✍️

Never write your answer in a single paragraph ☝Don't let poor time management kill you 
  • Write down the answer in sub-heads. Legal Provision, Analysis of Facts, Conclusion are the best heads for dividing answer.
  • Write down the answer to the point and in points.
  • Practice completing answer with respect to time-weightage ratio
Even, after mastering the skill of learning and writing. You might fail, if your preparation is too Bad 😲 Don't Panic, Main hoon na 😀

3. The art of preparation 📚

Preparation is nothing but making yourself ready for war 🤺 Only practice manual isn't self-sufficient 😟
  • Refer ICAI Study Material to learn concept more precisely.
  • Practice Previous Year Question Papers and respective suggested answers. This helps you to understand examination pattern.
  • Attempt RTP and Mock Test papers to evaluate yourself.
  • Monthly Student Journal helps you a lot in your preparation. 
There's one final thing. The art of inducing examiner to award you more marks.

4. Perfect Presentation = Pucca Exemption ✌️

Inducement of examiner doesn't mean bribing or requesting him. I mean impressing him....
  • As there's no rule of writing in sequence. You can start writing answers to those questions you're 100% sure
  • Write answers to questions like distinguishing and difference by creating columns. This gives your answer a professional look 👔
  • Writing section is not compulsory, but you should try to remember all important sections. Make it as a habit from day one☝️
  • Writing Landmark Judgement Or quoting relevant case will beautify your answer
  • Commence your answer to each question and sub-question on a New page ☝️
  • Start your answer on a new page with a big size of writing like 
    • "Answer to Question No."
  • You may underline the relevant provisions or main points
  • Never use short forms like ROC, CG, AGM, CLAT etc., 

Lastly,
Read question carefully and understand what examiner needs 🙄
Don't forget to utilise 💯% of your time to write 💯% marks
